Brittany Foust comes to Daxko with almost 10 years in Customer Success. She has a proven track record of identifying and executing operational improvements that directly result in an enhanced customer experience. Accountability to both customers and internal teams is at the core of her values and she is a strong believer in ensuring that the customer experience is front and center. Prior to joining Daxko, Brittany held multiple leadership roles within SaaS companies in the healthcare and sports verticals. She also served as a consultant to executive leadership teams helping to draw up operational blueprints for accelerated growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction. As a Daxko leadership team member, she is an advocate for both Daxko and ZenPlanner clients, ensuring that our company focus remains on keeping our customers wildly successful. Brittany is a Birmingham native and received both her B.A. and M.A. in History at the University of Alabama - Birmingham.

DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Martha and her husband live in Homewood, AL with their two dogs, Bear and Ouisie. Martha graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio in 2008 with a degree in Marketing and Speech Communication. She has a masters from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) in Human Environmental Science as well as her PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). She is passionate about customer service and providing an exceptional experience for her customers and team members. Have a suggestion? As the SVP of Services, Brittany is an advocate for both Daxko and ZenPlanner clients, ensuring that our company focus remains on keeping our customers wildly successful.
As Director of Customer Success, Martha mentors the front line support teams responding to customer needs as they occur.
As Director of Launch & Education Services, Robbie is responsible for the overall implementation strategy and execution of Daxko’s core products.

Marland Hayes

Marland Hayes

Customer Success Team Lead

Marland and his wife (Betsy) had their first child, George, in April 2016. Marland graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Asian Studies and a double minor in Chinese and Photography. Marland serves on the Global Ministry Team at Briarwood Presbyterian Church. He speaks Mandarin Chinese every chance he gets and stays busy taking headshots of team members at Daxko. He practices mixed martial arts, but his favorite discipline is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. You can catch him flying through the halls of Daxko on a scooter.

Marland explains, “I love Daxko because I have the opportunity to learn something new every day. I have the opportunity to invest in the lives of my team members and in the lives of our customers.”
