What is Reach?
In 2004, Daxko launched its first customer conference, Reach, in Birmingham, Alabama. The goal? To bring Daxko customers together with our award-winning team for software training, sharing best practices, learning about the future of Daxko products, and networking with peers at like-minded organizations. The name Reach stems from reaching to improve, expanding reach in your community, and reaching out to join together in person for a few days of learning.

After the initial success of Reach 2004, Daxko continued hosting an annual Reach conference in September. Today, Reach has grown significantly in attendance and evolved to incorporate thought leadership sessions alongside hands-on software training. When Daxko acquired Houston-based CSI Software in 2015, CSI Software’s annual customer conference, Summit, was rolled into Reach creating an even larger conference serving all customers.

Reach 2017 marks the 14th consecutive conference and is expected to be the largest one yet. Hundreds of YMCA, JCC, fitness, health, and wellness professionals from across North America will gather for the conference. Become part of Reach history! Register today to attend Reach 2017.

What are the dates for Reach 2017?
The conference was originally scheduled for Monday, September 11 – Wednesday, September 13, 2017 in Houston, TX. However, due to the devastation in Houston caused by Hurricane Harvey, the conference has been postponed.

Where is Reach 2017 taking place?

Who attends Reach?
Daxko customers who are YMCA, JCC, fitness, health, and wellness professionals from all over North America attend Reach. This year we’re expecting hundreds of attendees.

What are the sessions like?
Reach breakout sessions are designed to appeal to a broad range of roles, so there’s something for everyone! Software users, system administrations, C-level executives, membership directors, marketing directors, financial development directors, and more can benefit from attending Reach. May I earn re-certification credits for attending Reach?
Yes! Reach 2017 has been pre-approved by YMCA of the USA for 20 leadership re-certification credits for the Multi-Team, Branch Leader, or Organizational Leader certifications. I’m a new Daxko customer. Is Reach for me?
Yes! Attending Reach is an excellent introduction to the Daxko Nation. You’ll have access to Team Daxko and can easily connect with other Daxko customers.

CSI Software used to offer a one-day Boot Camp for new Daxko Spectrum customers at their annual Summit event. Will Boot Camp also be available at Reach?
Yes! If you’re a new Daxko Spectrum customer registered for Reach 2017, we encourage you to also register for our one-day Boot Camp happening the first day of Reach. Learn more and register online.



Where can I get Reach updates?
This site is your best resource for all things Reach. Additionally, folks who register for the conference can expect to receive regular e-mails with important updates and reminders. Be sure to catch Reach news and photos by visiting us on Facebook, following us on Twitter, and using #DaxkoReach.

I haven’t been getting email updates about Reach. Am I missing something?
You may have unsubscribed from Daxko e-mails at some point. In order to receive important updates about Reach, you’ll need to subscribe again. Manage your e-mail preferences. Still not able to receive e-mails from Daxko? You may need to adjust the email filters at your association to allow Daxko emails to reach you. Contact for assistance.


How do I register for Reach?
Register and pay online while registration is open (February 2 – August 25, 2017). There will be no registration on site, so make sure you pre-register online by August 25, 2017 in order to attend.

How do I register a group for Reach?
We offer a group discount off regular price* when you register for 5 or more people from the same association. To register a group with the discount, e-mail with “Reach Group Registration” in the subject line to receive a special discount code. *Cannot be combined with other discounts.

Do you accept check payments?
We accept check payments for group registrations (5+ from the same association). To register a group and pay by check, e-mail with “Reach Group Registration” in the subject line.

What’s your refund policy?
Due to deadlines outside of Daxko’s control, the following conference refund policy will be in effect:

  • 90+ business days prior to the conference — 100% refund of conference registration
  • 60 – 89 business days prior to the conference — 50% refund of conference registration
  • 0 – 59 business days prior to the conference — no refund of conference registration

We can’t make exceptions to the policy above. If eligible, you may request a refund by e-mailing and writing “Reach Refund” in the subject line.

*Please Note: Some special, limited time promotional offers for Reach may indicate “no refunds.” In those cases, this refund policy does not apply.

May I transfer a registration to someone else?
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person from your association through July 31, 2017. After that date, we are unable to transfer registrations. Once we receive your completed form, we will transfer your registration within 5 business days. The new registrant will receive an e-mail confirmation once the transfer is complete. If you’re not sure whether or not a transfer has been completed, please check with the new registrant first. Once you’ve transferred your registration, it is your responsibility to cancel (or transfer) your hotel room reservation.

What is included in the cost of my conference registration?

  • Full access to the conference: breakout sessions, keynote speakers, labs, exhibitors, etc.
  • Daytime meals and snacks: breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Two night events: Monday’s welcome reception and Wednesday’s closing night event (both include food, drink, and entertainment)

What is not included in the cost of my conference registration?
Travel and lodging costs are not included in the cost of registration.

Do you offer scholarships to Reach and how do I apply?
Yes! This year we have scholarships to award two deserving recipients. The scholarship covers the cost of conference registration (travel and lodging expenses are not included). Apply online through May 31, 2017 to be considered. We’ll contact recipients in June, which gives any applicants not receiving a scholarship time to register and receive the discounted room rate at the conference hotel.

The budget is tight at my association. What’s the most cost effective way to attend Reach?
Apply for a scholarship (through May 31, 2017).

Take advantage of the registration discounts offered:

  • Early Bird pricing
  • Group discount (5+ from the same association)

Reserve your hotel room early to get the discounted Reach room rate.

Enjoy the conference meals included in your registration fee (instead of dining out).
*Note: Discounts cannot be combined.

I missed out on Early Bird pricing. What are my options?
Once Early Bird pricing is over, it’s over. However, you can still get discounts for applying as part of a group (5+). You can also apply for one of our scholarships through May 31, 2017. If selected, we’ll cover your entire conference registration fee.


What’s the dress code at Reach?
You’ll find most folks wearing business casual attire.

When should I arrive and depart Reach?

Where may I view the full agenda with all sessions and times?
The full conference agenda is now available.

May I get a printable version of the agenda and sessions?
To be more environmentally friendly, we no longer create printed Reach agendas or session guides. Instead, we use a conference mobile app so all information is always up-to-date and at your fingertips. The app allows you to build your own agenda, rate sessions, interact with others, and receive important updates and announcements.

Will I have Internet access at Reach?
Yes! Reach 2017 conference attendees will have complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access in the meeting spaces throughout the conference. Feel free to BYO laptop or tablet to follow along in some sessions.
