We have two new exciting enhancements and several maintenance items available September 27th.
Our first enhancement gives you the ability to setup trigger emails around your budgets. Whether someone on your staff has submitted a budget account for review, made a comment, or approved a budget, you can set yourself up to receive email alerts around these actions.

Our second enhancement is for when users are budgeting for membership accounts. Currently, you have been unable to enter memberships that have been placed on hold during a monthly billing cycle. To eliminate room for error by manually adjusting these numbers, users will now be able to account for members on hold by entering the figure directly into the membership calculation.

In addition to these two enhancements – the following maintenance items are also included in this release:
- When running the Statement of Cash Flows in Internet Explorer, you will no longer receive a server error message
- The Statement of Cash Flows can now run in Google Chrome
- Major Accounts that are assigned to a Cash Flow Activity will now save properly
- When viewing / printing the General Ledger Report as a PDF, the margins have been adjusted to letter size paper (8.5″ x 11″) to prevent valuable information from being left off of the page
