Fun updates to our Houston office are in the works!

Learning & Development

We believe team members should never stop learning. From lunch-and-learn sessions to intensive team lead training, we set our team members up to grow their careers. Best of all, each full-time Daxko team member is provided a generous self-directed annual professional development allowance and five professional development days in addition to paid time off.



Daxko team members participate in semi-annual Impact Days, where we take a day to work outside of the office to give back to our local community. How do we end an Impact Day? Pizza and beer, of course!
