    David – Amen to your introspection about your leadership, your culture and your company. I have seen the Entrepreneurial challenge at ComFrame then ComplyMD to invest in our people to step beyond their experiences and seek the insights of others as well as “think outside the box”. Whether it was XP, TDD, UX-driven feedback, self-forming teams, or meeting-free windows, these were originated by our teams and then championed by leadership as we listened to what the teams wanted to solve. In Corporations, I’ve seen where Culture “trumps” process, so the key is to address culture early and often.
