If you haven’t tuned in or heard before, at Daxko we hold a monthly TMD (Team Member Development) series where have different speakers, both internally and externally come and speak to us on a range of topics. This month we invited Stan Law, the CEO of the YMCA of Birmingham.
This was especially a treat for us since the YMCA of Birmingham is also a customer of ours. Stan gave a unique customer perspective to our audience. He did a great job of explaining how far the YMCA of Birmingham has come over the past few years, and was clear about what where their efforts are focused. Here is some of what Stan touched on:

Stan did a great job of articulating the impact that the Y is trying make, and the various efforts that they have around that. At Daxko, we are very customer-centric. Whether you are in customer success, product, engineering, or implementation, understanding the needs of our customers is at the forefront. This TMD gave us a deeper perspective on what our customers are trying to achieve and how we can help them achieve those outcomes.
