You’re given a list. You need to get your passport, check your DNA, and get to kick-off, where you will battle to prove your culinary prowess and fight to the death in the Hunger Games. It sounds like a mission that will self-destruct in 5 minutes, should you choose to accept it; however, in reality it’s the next step in your career path. Starting at Daxko is, dare I say, anything but normal, and certainly hard to explain from the outside looking in, but I feel like I’m starting to get the hang of things. From the family Friday lunches, to the communication lunches with Dave, to the Dine & Dash lunches (Wow, we eat a lot!), Daxko provides an environment that is unique to anywhere I have encountered and I can’t wait to see what’s in store.
