Die on the Vine…

By January 14, 2015 No Comments

Jack Welch once said “Innovation is a constant thing. If you do not have an innovative company coming to work every day to find a better way, you don’t have a company; you’re getting ready to die on the vine”.

Tis the season to be thankful and I am extremely thankful the above statement does not describe Daxko. Daxko never seems to be short on innovation. No matter the task there is always someone thinking “how can this be improved”.  It is almost mind blowing at times to hear the different things teams are working on. You pass someone in the hall and quickly learn there is a lot going on here.

Seeing around the “curve” is a difficult thing to do. I am thankful that Daxko is driven by people trying to see around the curve each day.
