What's the Hype About #DaxkoReach?

By September 8, 2013 No Comments

There is a lot of buzz round the office every year around this time in efforts to prepare for our annual customer conference, Reach. This year will be the 10th year we will have this great celebration and conference for our customers and it seems like every year it just keeps getting better.

Depending on when you are hired, you may or may not know exactly what Reach is or why it is so important to us here at the Daxko Nation.  So, I wanted to poll a few of our ole’ timers and get them to share their thoughts on why they thought Reach is such an important event from a team member’s perspective.

Here is what they said:

It’s a perfect way to interact with a lot of customers at one time! – Saranda W, Product Manager

Reach is important for team members because they get to see how the work they do every day impacts our customers. The interactions we have at Reach– the sessions, the meals, the activities, and the hugs (!)– are opportunities for team members to put the human element on our work.  – April B, SVP of Marketing

It’s a time for us to get to meet our customers face to face.  We’re able to see the passion they have for helping their communities.  A lot is lost when we’re talking to customers over the phone and when we talk in person, deeper relationships are created. – Nick S, Support

The most important thing to me about Reach has always been to put faces with names and further strengthen relationships that I already had.  Since most of the Support team’s interaction with customers is done by phone, it is easy to spend many years working with the same people and never even know what they look like.  I am sure other team members from across the company likely feel the same.  I get really excited at Reach each year as I see customers who I know! – Daniel VF, Support Team Lead

We are excited to welcome our customers/friends to our annual conference.  We can’t wait to celebrate year 10 with you!
