Believe The Hype: Daxko Recognized Nationally as Great Place To Work

By September 20, 2013 No Comments

Believe the hype:  FORTUNE Magazine does.

Daxko’s done it again!  I am thrilled to announce Daxko was named one of the Top 25 Best Small Companies for 2013 by the Great Place To Work Institute.  This prestigious national recognition affirms what we already know: Daxko’s engagement culture is best-in-class.

Yes, Daxko takes providing team members rewarding careers seriously and the nation has taken notice.

As Daxko’s VP of People, I attended, along with People Team Talent Scout, Julie S, the awards celebration at the beautiful Heard Museum in Phoenix Arizona.  Yes, 105 degree Arizona.  There we were able to network with some of the nations best companies who take culture seriously including, Etsy, Eileen Fisher, and Snagajob.

Speaking of FORTUNE:  Another reason this list has bite?  Daxko will be featured in an upcoming issue of FORTUNE Magazine.  A great book-end to the national award Daxko was awarded last year, one of the 50 Most Engaged Workforces in the US (by Achievers).

China Gorman, CEO of The Great Place To Work Institute stated it best, companies that thrive don’t just have best practices (a term she tends to not like) but rather effective practices.

What does Great Place To Work Measure?

  • Trust
  • Hiring For Fit
  • Inclusion
  • Collaboration
  • Fun Celebrations!

All items the Daxko Nation has wrapped their arms around from the start.

Well done Daxko!  Congratulations and here’s to you!
