Daxko’s Impact Services team will communicate with new members on your behalf to deepen member connections. These frequent contacts will encourage involvement and keep members actively engaged.
Recovery
Through our Member Recovery program, our team calls all members within seven days of termination for an exit survey. Then we analyze termination trends and compile feedback in a way that will help you identify action items. Our Impact Services team will then reconnect with members who terminated within the last six months and invite them to renew their memberships. Plus! We’ll reconnect with members who terminated a year ago and invite them to renew.
Participation
Our Impact team will consult with your staff to identify your target programs. Next, we’ll look at past participant data and determine the individuals most likely to register. Our team will extend one-to-one communication to these individuals and offer to register them. Think of it like a gold-level concierge service calling to see if we can take care of that registration for you.
Loyalty
Standard customer satisfaction surveys are often too vague to provide actionable feedback. These surveys are cumbersome for staff to administer and too long for members to complete. Daxko will assess the member engagement and satisfaction levels by using a member loyalty scale and asking follow-up questions to dig deeper into a member’s score. A monthly report will allow us to watch member loyalty trends and make recommendations for improvement to you.
