Our Approach
While between us we’ve helped staff and volunteers raise over $250 million, we are not a “fundraising” firm. Instead, we bring a comprehensive and integrated approach to our work. This is because we know the most effective fundraising (and philanthropy on a broader scale) doesn’t happen in a silo. It is impacted by and impacts every other area of your work.

Our Team
Julie Sistrunk brings 23 years of major gift fundraising and communications experience to her work with Daxko T2 Consulting. From staff work with YMCAs in Nashville and Seattle to work with Daxko T2‘s 500+ YMCA clients, she is committed to helping YMCAs catch that extra spark that will infuse life, spirit and creativity into their financial development program.

Debbie Sontupe- From her most recent Y experience with the Somerset Hills YMCA, to her venture into higher education leading a billion dollar campaign for Rutgers University…. Debbie brings her diverse experience and perspective to Daxko T2 Consulting.

Bill Davis- After a 30+ year career in financial development with the YMCA of San Diego County, you would think we’d let him rest in his retirement right? But no! We’ve recruited our friend to continue bringing his energy, talent and wisdom to support the YMCA movement.

Lauren Flannigan- Lauren brings a diversity of fundraising consulting experience to our team. She is the traffic director providing client support and leading our prospect research and member screening division.

Bobbi Davis- Our grant writing guru! Bobbi has helped YMCAs and other social service organizations secure millions in grant support.
