As Senior Vice President of Services, Molly is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Daxko's service philosophies. She leads our software implementation, software adoption/consulting, training, support, data conversion, and delivery services teams to WOW our customers with every interaction.

Martha and her husband live in Homewood, AL with their two dogs, Bear and Ouisie. Martha graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio in 2008 with a degree in Marketing and Speech Communication. She has a masters from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) in Human Environmental Science as well as her PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). She is passionate about customer service and providing an exceptional experience for her customers and team members. Have a suggestion? As Director of Customer Experience, Tara serves the post-launch team for all Daxko products and services. This encompasses our Customer Champion team of customer consultants, the Case Strategy team of Daxko subject matter exerts, our front-line support team, and our Delivery Services team. Tara has been a member of the Daxko team since 2011.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in English/Psychology from Birmingham-Southern College, and has been dedicated to the community of non-profit organizations since 1999. Over the years, Tara has been privileged to serve the at-risk youth of our local community. Tara is proud to serve as the voice of Daxko customers related to our ultimate company goal of providing an exceptional experience all-around.
As Director of Customer Success, Martha mentors the front line support teams responding to customer needs as they occur.
As Director of Launch & Education Services, Robbie is responsible for the overall implementation strategy and execution of Daxko’s core products.
As the Director of Customer Experience, Tara leads the post-launch team for all Daxko products and services.

Get to Know a Daxko Services Team Member
Marland and his wife (Betsy) had their first child, George, in April 2016. Marland graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Asian Studies and a double minor in Chinese and Photography. Marland serves on the Global Ministry Team at Briarwood Presbyterian Church. He speaks Mandarin Chinese every chance he gets and stays busy taking headshots of team members at Daxko. He practices mixed martial arts, but his favorite discipline is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. You can catch him flying through the halls of Daxko on a scooter.
Marland explains, “I love Daxko because I have the opportunity to learn something new every day. I have the opportunity to invest in the lives of my team members and in the lives of our customers.”
