Shuttle & Transportation
Hotel Shuttle Service: Reach attendees get 10% off the hotel airport shuttle transportation. See the shuttle schedule, purchase tickets, and learn more. Airport shuttle service is $30 (one way) and a reservation is required. Call 1-615-883-2211.
Estimated taxi fare from the airport: $25 (one way)
Hotel Parking Rates: Reach attendees get a special discounted self-parking rate of $15 per day. Valet parking is also available for $28 per day.
To receive the parking discount, overnight guests should tell the front desk staff you are parking at the hotel during check-in. The discounted rate will automatically be coded to your guest room reservation, and your hotel key card will be programmed to allow you to exit and re-enter the lot if need be. Overnight guests should plan to park in the Cascades self-parking lot. If needed, guests may first go to the Cascades registration desk to check into the hotel and get the assistance of Bell Services for help bringing in luggage. Also, there is a 15-minute parking option so you can check in, determine where your room will be, then move your car to the appropriate lot.
Day guests (those who are not staying overnight) should pick up a parking pass at the conference from a Daxko Team Member. Plan to self park in the Presidential parking lot.
