I've been working at a company where we use both XP and Scrum. The collaboration between product owners and developers allows us to get the best product out in very short cycles. While we have the increased responsibility of "doing the right thing", there is no blind implementation of whatever gets "thrown" over the cubicle wall. Mike Cohn and Kenny Rubin are fantastic coaches. The combination of their books, conference sessions and on-site training have proved invaluable to us.
